Kirstie has been practicing law for over 20 years. She specialises in family, criminal and traffic law.  Kirstie is able to provide Legal Aid services for both criminal and family court matters. Kirstie is also appointed by the Family Court to represent children in parenting disputes.

Having practiced in the Waikato for all of her career, Kirstie has developed excellent working relationships with all people involved in the legal system. Kirstie is able to work collaboratively through legal processes to ensure the best possible outcome for her clients.

Kirstie works mainly in Hamilton and Huntly Courts as well as Morrinsville, Te Awamutu and Waihi.

Monika has recently joined Kirstie Barr Barrister. She works in family, criminal and traffic law. Monika is able to provide Legal Aid services for family court matters.
